The space offers several private and semi-private rooms for receptions, buffets and seated dinners as well as full restaurant buyouts. [ Total Capacity: 800 ] Lounge Seated: 70 | Standing: 200 Spacious and fully equipped, the lounge at Lima features a state-of-the-art DJ booth/sound system, intelligent lighting, plush banquette seating, an ample dance floor, digital projector/ screen and a separate street entrance. Perfect for large cocktail receptions, fundraisers, theme events, presentations or private parties. The waterfall below the descending staircase, customizable mood lighting throughout and illuminated bar are just a few of the design features to impress your guests and make them feel at ease. Main Floor Seated: 65 | Standing: 120 A T-shaped space that flows guests directly from the outdoor patio to the bar, the Main Floor at Lima is always a hub of activity. Nestled between the upper Dining Room level and the Lounge below, the Main Floor offers two seating areas and a beautifully appointed bar that exudes mood and color. For events that need ready access to the patio and K Street, the Main Floor offers an intimate yet open space that allows guests to mix and mingle. Split into two elevations, the Dining Room (and adjacent Caesar Bar) offers a warm and welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Lit mostly by candlelight in the evening, with the glow from K Street streaming in from the large front windows, the Dining Room is easily configured for large groups to enjoy a meal together in soothing ambience. Caesar Bar Seated: 20 | Standing: 30 Red Italian leather, Caesar wood, stark white and stainless steel appoint this cosmopolitan bar on the third floor. The epitome of modern, the Caesar Bar was designed to entertain a small gathering in style and comfort. Furniture can be added or removed for dining or bottle service. Lighting is completely adjustable. So whether it's a intimate sit down dinner (single long table), cocktail reception or private party, the Caesar Bar is sure to impress. Patio Seated: 50 | Standing: 100 A recognizable marquee on K Street, the outdoor patio at Lima is open year round (tented and heated during inclement weather). Offering the best vantage point to observe the comings and goings on one of DC's most bustling intersections (14th & K), the patio is a coveted area for Lima patrons during Spring and Summer. Cocktail servers meet and greet guests for drinks and food selections off Lima's patio menu as they settle into a comfy spot of their choice.
